We vallen kopers van onze producten niet lastig met eindeloze verzoeken om een review achter te laten, dit vinden we zelf immers als klant vaak een beetje vermoeiend. Plus, als je bij ons iets koopt is het onze taak dat product te leveren en een succesvolle levering staat bij ons gelijk aan 5 sterren, of dit nou hier wordt opgeschreven of niet! Van al onze klanten zijn er dus maar een klein aantal die een review hier achterlaten en dat is nog geen 1% van het totaal. De reviews die je hier leest zijn dus zeker geen correcte weerspiegeling van onze service en activiteiten. Voor ons is dit geen enkel probleem, we gebruiken Trustpilot graag als platform om met klanten in contact te blijven en als maatstaaf te gebruiken voor onze service.
