To the chap below, yes it's a scam and they still keeping making new companies to steal money off people. It's baffling how they get away with it. Absolute low lifes. Frenziapps is the last fake company. Head to the linkedin thread and we can get you added to the victims email thread.
I spent many thousands on Eden Pharma, Cybex Security and Frecycle. All introduced through Joseph Marks. All these companies and Marks are bogus. Now under massive Police Investigation over possibly many millions of pounds.

Apologies if this contradicts the experience of what seems to be the vast majority but my experience was not the same.
After a few initial engagements, contract signing and advising A&A that I needed time to prepare my CGT information/data, everything stopped. I was totally ignored, when finally ready. No returned emails, not one phone call to my assigned agent/contact was answered nor any voice message responded to, even after escalation to management or contacting the original salesperson. Nothing.
Combined with the time taken for me to prepare the data and the eventual reassignment of an alternative provider/accountant, this has ultimately left me with passing the 60 day submission limit. This is now costing me the HMRC CGT daily penalty until my new accountant can submit my data.
Not impressed in the slightest, apart from by the brochure, initial and seeming professionalism and others' reviews which led me to make this, a now obviously, bad choice.
EIS for someone can be scary. But having Allen and Atherton certainly helps
When it comes to showing me how to reduce my tax these guys were by far the best I have encountered.
