Complete order arrived on time. I recommend.

I have been washing my summer duvet in hot water, which is not good for it, and still wake up in the night choking and coughing, so I bought Allertech all temperature detergent and immediately slept through the night.
Fabulous! All my bedding will be washed in this from now on. I also wash my little dog in their shampoo every two weeks as he sleeps in my bed. Also a great product.

I have been purchasing their products for ten years and still have the original purchases. The Pristine pillow covers along with the Pristine mattress covers help keep all those allergens away. Thank you!

Great company to do business with. When my credit card company decided this was the charge to check with me on they were great with calling me to straighten it out. The best part is the quality. I couldn't for the life of me figure out why I was waking up at 2-3 in the morning with hives, itchy and stuffy. After the process of elimination the only thing I could think of was mayyyyybe dust mites. I do have a sensitivity but could they really cause that much havoc? So I bought a mattress wrap and sheets, pillow cover, blanket, the works. It's like a miracle. I'm not being awaken any more. I got the mattress cover with extra space for my thin foam topper and alittle extra space if I ever want to go for the thicker foam topper. My nightmare is now a dream :)

So sad. This used to be a very good company. I have been a customer since you were in Danbury, CT and I lived in Norwalk, CT. I still bought products from you for 20 years after we moved to CA. Now, no one answers the 800 number. I bought a twin extra long covering. I think I bought the wrong thing. I left a message two days ago. I will leave another message today. I did receive a call back finally several days later and the customer service representative did answer my question. This whole 800 line process with call backs took too much of my time. I think you still have a good product, but can not give you any higher then 3 stars due to the amount of time it takes to talk to a customer service representative.

This is a quality allergy free product. I see a noticeable difference in my wash.it is cleaner and brighter. With lung conditions I could not use anything with a smell. This product is odorless. Thank you !!

The customer service via chat was great. Quality and price were very good. Product is USA made which was a big plus. Shipping was quick. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing encasement for their mattress and pillows.

I ordered many products. We received everything, except our air purifier, in 4 days. The purifier wasn't supposed to be available, but we received that the next day. Love the air purifier. We haven't used all the products yet, but everything arrived in great shape.

Initially I was unable to make telephone contact to place order. Left messages twice. Once I got to talk to speak with a representative, she was very helpful to me.

I had this filter for about 10 years. When I replace the furnace my filter no longer fit and I started to use various paper product. I developed a very serious allergy, that is when I remembered this product, looked on line, found it, ordered it, end of story.
I'm not adding to a landfill as much, my house is less dusty, no more daily allergy pill and sprays for my nose, what else can a girl wish for....

All the product(excepting pillow covers) fit reasonably well and have helped control the allergy symptoms.
