I used the live chat today & dealt with…

I used the live chat today & dealt with a very helpful & kind person called Terry. Terry was very efficient at resolving my issue. People like Terry make it very easy to deal with resolving queries etc. Based on the efficiency of Terry in customer services I would definitely use this company again & recommend it to others 😊

I was worried about transferring the hair sample from 4 nights in the toilet paper to a sealed plastic bag. Shawn was very helpful and fast on his help.

Great service from Jordan today on the chat - I did have to chase the company regarding receiving my sample and then the results being sent. I was literally on chat with Jordan 2 minutes and the results were in my inbox. Very efficient

Reviews for this company are useless

I used their live chat to have a question answered, which it was. No problems there. But then I was urged to post a review on her service on trust pilot. I'm giving a poor review for that. I've had a look at trust pilot. all you can see is innumerable positive reviews for their CHAT RESPONSE. Not for their product. Not for them actually providing the service they are being paid to do.
I have to admit to thinking they are encouraging the useless reviews on how they answer questions to hide the honest reviews on the actual product.

Not good. Possible scam. Do not order if outside the USA

Not good. Could be a scam. I paid for a test and it never arrived. The contact phone number on their site is invalid. The link for Live Chat opens another company webpage trying to sell me chat software.

Updating my review. Allergy Test replied to my Trustpilot review, stating that there was nothing wrong with the Live Chat link or the phone number. Unfortunately, I am unable to attach a screenshot of the page that opens when I click their Live Chat link/button. It opens this page: livechat dot com . This page is belongs to the company that makes the Live Chat software, trying to sell their product, which has nothing to do with Allergy Test.

Their phone number, 1800 816 057, doesn't work; it appears to be a USA number, so it will not work outside the USA.

My advice to you is, if you are living and ordering from outside the USA, be prepared to lose your money.

We are unsure how you got to a page trying to sell you software.

I used this service back in 2017 for my family. The results I received were surprising, but there was also no detail as to how the noted allergies would effect us. Did not know my son was 100% allergic to oats (he's been eating them all his life without any issues). Would love to see some comprehensive details as to how one would know they have these types of allergies and how they'd affect te body.
Trying this again to see if there have been changes. Also hoping to find answers as to why I keep getting headaches daily (and have done for years)/
