It was very easy to set up my dashboard.

The experince was pretty easy. I am not a big fan of on line stuff. I prefer talking with a representative and any documents be sent in hard copy form.

He did a great job of breaking down the road map of how I’m going to get to where I want to go. I’ve been on calls with a few different companies, but Giovanni earned my business with his professionalism and expertise in his field. The journey is just beginning for me so I’ll give an updated review in a couple of months but I do feel really good about my decision.

Taking this action was a difficult decision. Amber Carranza carefully and patiently explained the process and addressed my concerns. During this one phone call we put into action a plan that will help me move forward.

The process was easy and the representative very knowledgeable.

I am only just beginning my journey with Alleviate. When talking with my representative, I was well informed about what options I had. I chose to wait for a day or 2 to "crunch some numbers." When I spoke with my representative again, I was not as prepared as I wish I had been. Some of my accounts were left off, others were ineligible for the program (though I'm not sure why). I am saving about $300 a month, but it is still a struggle with my being disabled. I strongly suggest that, if you are planning to try a debt relief program, get prepared before you call them or they call you! Gather a list of your bills (creditors, balances, & payments), get a copy of your credit report (this is what they will use to decide what creditors will be added to the DRP and, if you don't have a list, there may be a creditor missed that you want to add), and make sure you know what your paying now, what the cost of the DRP payment is, and if it will truly help you BEFORE signing any contracts. I hope that, as my program progresses, things get better financially for me. I just hate that I had to go through this. **ALSO, loans with vehicles as collateral can NOT be added!**
