Incorrect measurements on box and filters

The box the filters were packaged in indicated that the contents were 24”x30”x1”. Which was 1/2” larger width x length than I requested. As were the filters Trying to place the filter where it goes was a tight fit and difficult to shut the cover. I was sure I had the wrong size When I contacted the company I was instructed to measure the filter and to my surprise the measurements were what I requested. It took a few tries to get the filter in place to shut the cover and eventually it worked. I don’t know if other customers have experienced this measurements confusion but I would recommend that the measurements should be exact as ordered on the box and filters
