There may be a misunderstanding regarding our membership process, and we would like to provide clarity to ensure transparency.
During the first 3 days, you have full access to the benefits of the acquired membership. However, on day 3, your automatic top-up initiates, charging the full price of the selected membership plan. This amount is converted 1:1 into credits, and deposited into your account. The recurrent charge for the membership occurs every 14 days from the day of subscription, deducted from your selected payment method. As a member you are not obligated to either buy or pay each month, to keep the benefits of the membership. You can always put your membership on "Skip" so you don’t have to pay. You Should have forgotten to skip.
However, I would like to offer you a full membership fee refund because we want your experience to be positive. Rest assured that we pay great attention to the security of online transactions.
To facilitate the refund process, we kindly request your cooperation in updating your current review on Trustpilot. We suggest you write that the problem is taken in charge and upgrade the number of stars (4-5 as a good rating).
After confirming the rating change, please rest assured that we will initiate the refund on your account immediately. If for some reason this does not happen, you are free to re-rate and re-write your review.
