The only thing that I didn’t like was that while I was looking for my order ( because the site of the transporter said it was still in Madrid after 12 days ) I emailed all for Padel but no one answered! I still give them 5 stars because the products are perfect and it was the first time something like this happened!

Didn't relise import charges . Says now no refund and item went back to warehouse ! .absolutely disgusting . Who reads terms and conditions when u pay delivery you think thays the delivery cost bit to receive product back and not refun is disgusting as parcel never crossed border !

Order lost, no support or refund
I ordered from All For Padel and shipped my order from Spain to a shipping company in Turkey. Unfortunately, the package was held by Turkish customs and never reached the shipping company, so I couldn’t receive it.
I explained several times that the issue with Turkish customs was not about the cost, but because the customs procedures there are extremely complicated and I had no one in Turkey to handle them for me.
Despite this, I asked the company for possible solutions — such as changing the delivery address to the UAE (where customs are much easier) or issuing a refund once the package was returned — but they refused to offer any help or flexibility.
After that, they stopped replying completely.
As a result, my order was lost and my money went to waste.
Very poor communication, no understanding, and no willingness to assist their customers.
Extremely disappointing experience — I would not recommend ordering from this company.

For international shipments outside the European Union, such as Turkey, orders may be held by local customs authorities due to regulations specific to the destination country. These procedures and requirements do not depend on All For Padel, nor on the shipping company, and in many cases must be handled directly by the recipient or by an authorized local representative.
As stated in our purchase terms and conditions, when an order is blocked by customs and cannot be released, the package may be held, returned, or even destroyed by the local authorities. In such cases, if the product does not return to our warehouse, unfortunately it is not possible to issue a refund.
We understand that customs procedures in certain countries can be complex, and we take note of your feedback to continue improving the information provided during the international checkout process. We are sorry that the proposed solutions were not feasible in this case and regret that the communication did not meet your expectations.

You might be supplying quality racket…
You might be supplying quality racket but delivery process is a nightmare. I clearly communicated to have them delivered before a specific date, as I had an international flight, however despite of paying customs and everything, the rackets got delivered 5 days after payment of customs.
