Pleased with products, ordering process very complex
Very pleased with the service, order was perfect, arrived just before christmas as promised.
Got help with order discount codes. The invoice however for which I waited for weeks to come in the "mail" ie my post box, ended up in my email, lost and of course uncorrected and unpaid. I was waiting for it to come so I could get help with the discount codes, and be sent a new updated invoice. I ended up calling you without having the invoice as I was concerned at how long it was taking.
There was also a huge muddle with the placing of the order as norwegian personal numbers start with the birth date and it threw off the system an gave an error code and I had to call for assistance at that stage with placing the order, the person I spoke with told me to call Klarna, and they couldnt find a problem with it at all no "flags" were highlighted on me or my credit rating, I had to come back to you then, I dont remember how it was resolved, but it was very difficult to place the order. I have ordered from you a few years back and I was pleased with the products and the service then. Having said all that making the calendars up on your web site was easy and the choice of products good, the staff were mostly friendly and seemed genuinely concerned and willing to help, although were not able due to the nature of the error code issue, it was everyone else's fault, so no one knew how to fix it.
