Ordered the moisture bags to catch dampness. They took over 3 weeks to arrive after ordering them and they’re an absolute gimmick. On any window cool with even the slightest of condensation, they’ll turn from blue to pink instantly. Don’t waste your money.

Can only be trusted by platforms Allfound, the UK safest site. The seller sent 3 parcels, received 1 parcel.

Had to give it one star just to access the review box but this company does not deserve it. The WW11 aeroplane advent calendar is a disgrace. The planes are made of rubber and were all bent and misshapen looking nothing like the display photo. One very disappointed grandson and one angry grandmother. No reply to my email either. Steer clear of this company, they are rubbish.

Absolute rubbish that is being sold. The so called Silicone Desiccant Bag – Colour-Changing Mineral Moisture Absorber which is supposed to trap moisture - it is permanently pink even when in microwave for 5-10 minutes - absolutely not as advertised.

My wife ordered me an advent calendar from All Found which took the thick end of a month to arrive! The calendar is a WW2 aeroplane advent calendar. The pieces within are allegedly "museum quality" and intricately designed!
Well the plane from day 1 was made of rubber and had deformed wings and looked like something from a children's cartoon!
Goodness knows which museum has such items on display or who designed such a thing?
You would hope that someone at this company looks at the quality of the products they sell because this particular item is hideous!

Still waiting on order, wish I read reviews on trustpilot before ordering, never again, ps not put my order number on ere but got the email and waiting you just to slow with orders

Received tracking info that item delivered to Isle of Wight. I don’t live on the IOW!? No follow up comms apart from automated emails.
Ordered 15/11 (Order No. allfound-3335242 - Russ Gregory) tracking indicates item delivered to IoW. Despite repeated emails to their customer service 🤣 email address all I get is automated reply 🤷‍♂️ Delivery time is not the issue - it’s been delivered to wrong address??

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I have also had an email to say it has been delivered, when in fact nothing has arrived. No photo of delivery or anything, because it wasn't even attempted. I have emailed but so far nothing. Have others managed to get their money back. It's definitely a dodgy company.

My order allfound-3226120 arrived late and in really bed condition, box all bashed parts missing and the quality of the product is so poor and at a cost of £35 this is completely unacceptable, emailed them several times about it and got no reply at all

Ordered a glass cleaning system for my car. After many weeks of waiting I received a e mail saying item has been delivered. Checked my door camera for the week it definitely wasn't delivered to me. Getting answer from them impossible. Seems they are running a scam should be shut down PayPal should stop taking payments for them. Can't be any clearer you say it's arrived when it hasn't nothing to do with delivery times.

I didn't even order anything, I initially went to order some goods but at the last minute I changed my mind, I had put all my details on the order form including my card details, but then decided not to go ahead and closed the web page, they STILL took my money from my debit card and haven't emailed me or anything, I'm now having to change my bank card and wait 2 weeks before my bank will refund me, total scam, get them closed down.

In August I ordered two anti choking devices as I have an autistic grandson who is susceptible to choking, and I’m completely disgusted that a company like this has no scruples about cheating customers out of their hard earned cash. I was relying on this device for when my grandson comes to stay it’s very important for my grandson that I have this anti choking device. I will find a reputable company to order these from and I hope your company collapses and I will pass the word to people not to order anything from you in future.

Bought the car humidifier bags that was advertised on a video, because they looked really good. What I received after quite a while, was a much cheaper version that doesn't even do the job. £23 I paid for them with p&p and I might aswell have thrown the money in the bin. Company is a scam.

I have now received an email to say I'm being issued a refund, fingers crossed it'll come though.
UPDATE: Refund is £7.99, still not acceptable for something that doesn't work. I expect to forfeit p&p, but a full refund for the fake item would be reasonable. I can't contact them any other way, I'm not happy, company is a joke.

I have to say, I have not had a positive experience with my order. I have waited over 3 weeks for delivery since time of placing the order, which if I had known at the time, I would not have ordered.
Also today, 26th Nov, I received an email to say the item had been delivered on 24th Nov and this is not the case. So I do not know where the package has been delivered to.
I have email allfound to get more information and will update my review in due course.
After the wait, I wouldn't even want them sending the item out again

I ordered the luminous wheel caps takes along time to arrive but can cope with that. However they are just coloured caps they don’t aluminate at all. Have tried contacting all found to give them the chance to sort this but surprisingly no reply. Had I looked at their reviews before ordering I would have got my answer.
The company have now offered me a full refund so happy with this service thank you.

Terrible. They were expensive to buy, took ages to arrive and when they did the box was battered! De humidifier bags are a scam and don’t work at all. They turn pink within 5 minutes, no instructions with them either to say how long to heat them to reuse. I have 8 of them upstairs in my house and it’s made absolutely no difference to my condensation at all. Don’t waste your money!
