I had an issue that required immediate attention, and the support team was on it right away. Their quick response and effective solution made all the difference.

I did not knowlingly sign up though now am aware how they try to get a monthly debit from your account. You see something that looks interesting (in my case golf equipment) and then your pay a nominal amount but without knowing they will then debit an amount monthly. It is hidden somewhere in the small print of the advertisement ... not exactly decent way to do business. You then have to get on to the Company to cancel. I have had 2 Companies do this from one visit to a golf equipment website

Customer service was amazing, my issue was attended ASAP.

I had some how subscribed to Allgamesinone I have no idea how and I contacted them, told them the situation and they cancelled it and said they would refund. I am so grateful as an old lady it was quite scary to see an amount of money leave your account that you didn't recognise. But hopefully it is all sorted now. They were helpful.

A complete fraud. this company advertised a dior make-up kit from douglas.ch online instagram. I never received an email for the what i purchased, I traked down the company to allgamesinone..com - not Douglas and they informed me i had signed up for a subscription service

I was affiliated with this page due to a false promotion. I realized after a month because they had been debiting $95 from my card.

When I contact them, which by the way, their chat help is just a bot disguised as people with fake names, they tell me that they cannot refund my money due to their policy. So I decide to use the credits generated, and when I want to make purchases, I never could because they were always with 0 stock. When I write to them, both by chat and by email, they tell me the same thing: that they are updating the catalog... but they never update it. .

In the end, I'm seeing that I'm going to lose my money. I consider this page to be a fraud and should be closed immediately.

The problems have been sorted out.
