Big con took my money as I was re directed to there site was buying a dog jacket at first of which I thought then got email from beauty site they took the money no way to get money back

I was greatly disappointed when money was debited from my account without my knowledge the reason was it was for buying credits of which I had no knowledge about however I'm glad that my subscription was cancelled as per my request and my refund process is under way....

Unbeknown to me I signed up for a ‘credit’ subscription whereby each month they take money and it goes into a ‘credit’ account; this must have happened during a one time purchase. I saw that money was being taken out my account which amounted to £40. I managed to log on to the account and cancel this subscription. I now had £40 credit to use so, I purchased a product.
The item still isn’t with me and I ordered it on 28th November. They tell me that it is being prepared! How does a jar of exfoliator take 17 working days to prepare.
This company is a scam. Avoid them. I fear I may have lost my £40. Absolutely awful.
