This company kept on contacting me saying they already given me my refund, I DID NOT RECEIVE IT but they are insisting that they did and kept on harassing me to delete my bad review. Worst company experience ever.

As part of our policy, we kindly ask that reviews be deleted before refunds are issued. This step is essential because, unfortunately, we’ve had many instances where customers did not update their reviews after receiving credits and resolutions. This can unfairly affect our brand's reputation, even after we have resolved your issue.

Taking money from my Credit Card on a subscription I didn't make. I am unsure how my credit card details were obtained. I did not subscribe with this company, however I was charged 30 pounds a month until I noticed that it was happening. I received nothing from them for this subscription, and yet they are not prepared to refund the money. Grrrr!

I encountered a bunch thieves, deductions even after I cancelled my subscription. One star rating is actually a bonus in this case. Different websites popping up out of nowhere to deduct more money, as well as duplicating deductions
