This company kept on contacting me saying they already given me my refund, I DID NOT RECEIVE IT but they are insisting that they did and kept on harassing me to delete my bad review. Worst company experience ever.

Will refund money that they STOLE, but only if I change my review:

This step is essential because, unfortunately, we’ve had many instances where customers did not update their reviews after receiving credits and resolutions. This can unfairly affect our brand's reputation, even after we have resolved your issue.

"IMPORTANT: Please note that the deletion of the review serves as vital proof presented to our Payment Department to ensure your refund is processed as soon as possible within 5-7 days depending on your bank's processing speed."

Subscription payments taken without information or authorisation. Customer services were difficult to contact and unhelpful. This is a scam company, avoid

Taking money from my Credit Card on a subscription I didn't make. I am unsure how my credit card details were obtained. I did not subscribe with this company, however I was charged 30 pounds a month until I noticed that it was happening. I received nothing from them for this subscription, and yet they are not prepared to refund the money. Grrrr!

The company has taken money from my credit card without providing anything for this.

To many instructions

I encountered a bunch thieves, deductions even after I cancelled my subscription. One star rating is actually a bonus in this case. Different websites popping up out of nowhere to deduct more money, as well as duplicating deductions

One of the members in escalation team Emily she is great while no one can under stand my situation she handles my problem and solve that problem rather they providing good services at there best and they are in service 24/7 to help everyone regarding anything

Up to now the escalation experience with Paula has been a really quick solution. For it to be excellent I need to see the reimbursement back.
