All GTA Home Reno is unlicensed and defrauded us

All GTA Home Reno is one of the many companies owned by David Letichever, also of Magen Homes and Blue Horizon Builders. He is an illegal builder, not licensed by the HCRA, he cannot provide Tarion warranty and is being investigated for defrauding us of hundreds of thousands of dollars on our home construction he took money for but cannot build legally. We are taking him to court to get our money back because he refuses to pay us back. David lies constantly and uses ridiculous excuses as to why he needs more and more money from you. Extremely dishonest and a fraudster.
