I paid them £180 to find the workman to…
I paid them £180 to find the workman to inblock my drains. This they did and then I had to pay the workman again which I did when he came. Now the original firm say I haven’t paid the original £180….The original £180 went through my bank but I have paid again but can’t do with all the hassle. Disgraceful service and my loss

I called this company in an emergency as we had a pipe leak. Holly set up for a plumber to come to us. She explained the pricing and the procedure, that a report would be created and everything would be above board. If the repairs were more than standard this would be made aware to us.
When Hamza arrived, he brought his tool box with him. I took him to where the leak was and showed him how damp the carpets were around the bathroom radiator. He touched the wall to see if it was wet and then went to touch the radiator on the other side of the bedroom which was nowhere near the sodden carpets. I told him it was nothing to do withb that.
He advised that I can either pay him for the work, but I have to find out what the issue is and call him to come back and fix it or I dont pay him and he doesnt come back. He told me that he has had to come from Stoke and get his overalls on for his job. Trying to make me feel guilty? I advised I had paid the call out fee for him to source what the issue was. I wasnt willing to pay more until I knew it could be fixed.
After calling Holly again, she was shocked by what I had advised and she said she would try and get someone else out to me. This didnt happen but I wanted the call out fee refunded. She advised me that she would need to speak to a manager. I called twice yesterday to be told by Mia and Macy that Holly would call me back. I called again yesterday to be told by Nat that Holly was on holiday until Friday. I have had no call back, no courteous call, just silence. Nat advised me to call again the next day to speak to a manager.
I called again today and spoke to Ben. I had to explain the whole situation again because he couldnt see Holly's notes. Ben said he would call me back and for the last four hours there has been nothing.
I find they are quick to take your money but dont deliver on service. I have never been called back and I wonder how long its going to take to resolve.
There are discrepancies in what the agents can see. Some tell me they can see the cases notes and other say they cant. I feel like I am being fobbed off and scammed.

Over charged
Over charged. Couldn't unblock my drain. Wanted to dig 15 meters of my garden up. Ended up with dyno rod who sorted it out cheaper and in half an hour. Feel properly conned. Ahr charged 30 and the people they sent 90. Luckily I decided not to spend more. Others may not be so lucky.

Helpful member of staff on the other end of the phone. Nat managed to get an engineer out to me the following day at a reasonable price. Engineer quickly worked out what the problem is & is sourcing the parts needed to fix it.
