A fraudulent transaction of over £40 was taken from my husbands account, never heard of this company, reported immediately!
Scammers.
Scammers.
They tried to take 40.56 4 times from my account luckily HSBC must have heard of them and blocked the payments.
How they got my details I have no idea I had never heard of them.
This company took a fraudulent payment…
My wife discovered that this company had taken a payment of £40 from her Revalut bank account. She had no previous knowledge of the company & had requested no service or product from the company. When we contacted the ALLHourcare help line, on a number of occasions, the recorded message claimed they were too busy to answer & please call again.
The bank initially blocked the payment request but subsequently claim we authorised it so they can’t reclaim the money.
This company is fraudulent & should be avoided!

I received a charge of £40 from this company. I have no recollection at all and don't know how it happened.
Please query any charge. I don't even know what they provide.
As you read reviews it is the same amount £40.56. Very dodgy.
This is a scam
I received a text from my bank today… Tesco Bank: We have noticed a transaction was declined on your credit card on 20/07/2025 at allhourcare.com for £40.56. Please confirm by replying Y if the above transaction is yours or N if it is not…. I was unsure if this was legit so I spoke to the bank. The transaction had been made by my iPhone but I have no idea what it was. Luckily The bank have withheld the payment.
Scam Company
Allhourcare, with the website allhourcare.com are a scam company, the phone numbers provided are false or looped into an automated line that pretends to keep you on hold for a few minutes to wait for an agent, onl;y to disconnect you at about 2:50 into the phone call.
you can report this on the Action Fraud UK website.

Today I had £40.56 taken out of my bank and I did not even know or give permission for this the thieving scum bags I got in touch with my bank immediately to the fraud team. I have been ringing them all day but it cuts off after a while and can't leave messages which is a good thing as it would be full of expletives

My 81 year old mother somehow got scammed and charged $51 for this. Luckily we caught it before it snowballed. AVOID THIS COMPANY!
Highly suspect with dodgy subscription practices!
I was not aware of this company until I received an email notifying me I had enrolled for its services. I was subscribing to Amazon Audible at the time. I cancelled the 3-day free trial and subscription. I also contacted my bank to share my concerns about potential fraud. This feels like a scam and was definitely not something I knowingly enrolled for!
Total scam subscription service beware
I had the same experience as others I scanned the QR code at my Dad's fund raising event thinking I was donating to their charity and got conned into a free trial after which would cost me £40 a month in subscription. I have hopefully cancelled this and deactivated the account which I didn't ask for. Going to call my bank to make sure no payments are taken. This is a total scam and I'm very annoyed with the care home for promoting this.

Found an email in junk saying that they will be taking £40.56 out of my account today. I have no idea who they are or how they got my details. I have informed my bank who will cancel any attempted payment. This is a complete scam as far as I’m concerned I have never heard of the company nought services they offer. I have tried calling the customer services line several times, no answer ask to be emailed. This I will not do as I will not hand over any information personally myself. In my opinion a complete scam avoid at all costs
SCAM BEWARE
SCAM! But I got my money back as I saw the £40.56 come out of my account straight away.
I went on their website and cancelled FAKE SUBSCRIPTION that supposedly I took on…while tracking my daughter’s flight on Flight radar, opening her flight, the Apple Pay button for £0 came up as in when getting an App, they got my Apple Pay details and 2 days later £40.56 got approved. You need to cancel while pending . If not, you need to contact your bank and raise a fraudulent transaction… beware they hide in many legit sites…
