Not impressed, item promised delivery by 22-05 23 not delivered until 07-06-23. i needed to use this saw but had to use my old saw that was past it's use by date. if i could have i would have cancelled the order.

At the time of placing your order, our manager discussed with you via email that the delivery date would be by the 12th of June. We were able to get your order dispatched and delivered roughly a week before then.
We do offer cancellations up until the order has left us, so this could have been done if you had asked us to do so.
Again, we apologise for how long the item took to be delivered and we hope this doesn't put you off dealing with us again.
