Since using Alliance tool hire, I find all their staff friendly and informative. Main point of contact Kelly, is an absolute pro, in getting the great deals and getting us out of last minute situations/unforeseen circumstances, and goes out of her way to ensure we receive the best service.

Alliance tool hire had a knowledgeable and helpfull team working in their store.
They offer to deliver and collect the tools as well incase we didn't have time to go to the shop.
As I took the tools back they try to give us discount as well.

By far the best hire company I've used. Helpful, good advice when needed. Plenty of Branches, so delivery is always prompt and efficient. Branch managers always very professional. Always good quality equipment and great prices.

My poorly planned rear extension work was often in need of same day or next day delivery equipment.

Simon and Brendon were such a big help. Items ordered late in the afternoon were delivered first thing in the morning, long before my builders were on site.

Rates were unparalleled, discounts were huge but for me the best thing was they knew exactly what i needed for the task I needed carrying out. Most of the time, I didnt know what i needed to hire. (I needed to move and hoist up a 7 meter long 1 tonne steel beam) I would tell them the job which needed doing, the gear would be there the mext morning.

I needed a water vacuum as I had a flood in my house. I contacted alliance and they were extremely helpful and quick to sort the problem. Sent one round in a van within the hour. The man who delivered showed us how to use it and gave lots of advice about how to dry out the house. Will definitely use again and highly recommend. Thanks.
