Not recommended, they try to scam you as many times as possible. Nothing new from this scam industry

Upon having to phone them to get information on how to submit the claim (had a bicycle injury abroad), they sent an email. I submitted the claim documents via their online portal, check this out allianz.hu --> szolgaltatasi-igenybejelentes-utasbiztositas which is horrible to use, validates poorly and is a pain to use. You don't receive a confirmation that you have submitted the claim. I emailed them, they said they cannot give information about the status of the claim. Then I phoned them now, because 15 workdays to evaluate have been passed by (we're today in the 21st), and after waiting 13 minutes on the line they picked up and the guy said that he'll ask the colleague but there is nothing else he can do. Few hours later now I get an email that they need two documents from me + I need to sign a notice to allow them to handle my medical information (of course I had to send those in the original claim already, so why ask permission now?). The best is that I have to do this via post. Clowns, this is a joke, and obviously the whole process is to make it frustrating and hard to submit a claim. NEVER doing another Allianz insurence, regardless of the outcome. Revolut was 100x simpler and smoother, I'm only going through the whole process because I paid a lot for this, I was also insured via Revolut.

My motorcycle was stolen. Within the first 30 seconds of reporting the theft to allianz hungary representative they basically accused me of insurance fraud as they said that they had to make sure I didn't crashed the motorcycle myself and now reported it stolen. I have never had a accident nor any insurance claims in my life what so ever. After that followed 4 months of them stalling the process and they finally ended up paying me 1500 euro less than the value of the motorcycle 9500 euro, which I had owned for less than 6 months. I will never have anything to do with these scammers again and I have shared my experiences on all my social media to warn off others of these thieves.

Their reimbursement process is hectic and deliberately obfuscated!!

For 15 years we have endured a litany of errors, falsehoods, denied claims & covering up by Allianz Hungary, hoping that one day, even 19th century Customer Service could be their aim, let alone 2oth or 21st - sadly, and typically, their corporate mismanagement has gone off the scale in the last couple of months, ensuring that I make my feelings well known [they'll ignore it, i implore you, the Public not to ...]

Their website is full of errors. Sometimes it takes weeks for them to execute your instructions in your investment. They accept all money but find out rules for you to have access to it.
