I bought a 2nd hand Ford, in Guernsey last week, and drove up to help my daughter move flat. Had issues with traction control ABS and AWD. Called Allied Autocare on Monday and they said to come in and they would take a look. Diagnosed the problem and ordered a part. I returned in the afternoon and they repaired the car while I waited. So grateful as I had to drive back down to Portsmouth on Tuesday to catch my ferry. Fantastic service !
I purchase a WAV from Allied Mobility and part of the deal was the first free service from Allied Autocare (part of the same company) on my drive at home. This was done and my service book signed. When I asked via filling in one of their online question forms if I could have a detailed rundown of what was done I was told by Kenneth Horner of the company that it was recorded electronically. I then asked if they could send me an electronic copy or to even update the info on the My Peugeot app. Despite numerous emails I no longer get replies from them. I wont be using them for my next service,
