The free postage over $200 Australia wide now they tell me is is just metro delivery is free but when you see spend $200 or more and it is free shipping Australia wide most people would think it is Australia wide not metro

Everything about my first order was 10/10. Parts availability (not trivial with older vehicle parts), price, shipping cost, delivery time. I have bought parts for my 5 vehicles from a very large number of suppliers, and Allied Auto is amongst the best. VERY IMPRESSIVE!

Their Website States: “Free Shipping For over $200 Australia wide”. I went to order a $240 part and they want to charge $83.90 freight.
I raised the issue with them and they responded with... "We know it’s frustrating to expect free shipping and then see a charge. Our free shipping applies to orders over $200 to metro areas (excluding bulky, oversized, or dangerous items) and uses our most cost-effective courier."
They are deliberately misleading their Customers.

I dropped in last week looking for some parts for my car before a quick trip up the Gold Coast. Honestly, the experience was pretty good. The guy at the counter was helpful and didn’t give me the usual upsell spiel, which I appreciated. Prices were decent – not the cheapest, but fair for the quality. The part fit perfectly, and I didn’t run into any issues on the drive. The place isn’t flashy, but it’s organised enough to find what you need without fuss. The only thing I’d suggest is maybe a little more info on stock availability online, so I don’t have to call first. Other than that, no dramas. I’d go back if I needed something again.

Only a small value order and a no problem transaction also posted the same day.

The requested parts arrived as ordered and in record time and the price was very competitive; will continue to use them as my preferred supplier for my Toyota spares. Steve

Purchased 2 front hubs that were to fit a cx30.
They don't fit a CX 30. Don't waste your money and time.
These guys have been forewarned that they don't fit and yet they still supply them for a CX 30. Dangerous in that the hub is smaller in depth and locks on to the inner caliper once the wheel bolts up.

Was told that there would be a full refund. I sent them back a sample so they could see the difference

They had my parts in the mail just a few hours after my order. Had my heavy bearings delivered to Darwin in less than a week! Awesome company, great service and they really do that they say. Not usually one for ranting on about a company, but these guys deserve it. Well done.

I purchased some bearings for My Honda Accord euro. I didn't end up using them as I sold the car. AAO gave me a refund minus postage costs. I would not hesitate to use them again. Overall, excellent service and a hassle free refund.

Asked them to send to my new address and it was sent to old one, Bearings were wrong aswell got stuffed around for a week then wont refund after being sent back gaining interest off money That is not theirs buyers beware...

Ordered the parts online, had them within a week. They were perfect fit to my car, all worked out very well.

Overall good experience, I did have to follow up to get a tracking number for my order but it did arrive in less than a week. Fitment was spot on and the part was of sound quality. I will definitely be ordering again
