Appalling. Said job would take three days, took them seven months to finish job. Sub-contracted from a distance, with no oversight and no care.
I think in then end we had seven different teams attempt the simple install. Non-existent customer service, MD straight up refused to return calls or reply to email complaints. I ended up having to get local contacts to get parts they didn't have as they sent the wrong parts on three separate occasions. This is not an installation company, it's a booking agent somewhere that sends sub-contractors ill-equipped and uninformed to carry out works.

Once you sign the contract the level of service is non existent. This is not a business, he works from home, makes you promises then sub contracts the job out to people who don’t know what they are doing. 13k and 3 weeks later … still no heating . Also left very dangerous wires

Great customer support, made todays deal go through with ease. Will definietly use again.
