Terrible customer service

Little to no support despite being a dealer. Terrible customer service and cumbersome tech support/warranty process.
I’m still sitting with a customer’s battery for a year now waiting to return it for warranty repair/ replace. I had to give the customer a different battery ( my expense) to salvage the relationship.

I will never sell another one.

I have ZERO IDEA how they have such good reviews on their site. You can’t leave a review! They’re clearly cherry picking.

The only reason it’s a 2 Star Is that most of the batteries are still working. Don’t know what to do if they stop, fingers crossed I guess.

Terrible dealer & customer support

ALLIED LITHIUM BATTERIES
Terrible dealer support. Misleading, They Bombard You With TSR Request, Pictures Invoices, Bill Of Sales From Customers & Dealers. Warranties Can Take Up To 6-Weeks. They Don't Tread Printed Version The Responses On Emails You Give Them On The Reports. The Process Is Convoluted! I'm at point to tell my customers to contact them directly to complain. No Telephone Support... All Is Done By Email TSR. Don't Return Phone Calls. Since July 8th Trying To Return A Battery For Warranty....... 30-Years In The Golf Car Industry And Never Experienced Anything Like This. They Fired The Local Rep Who Took Care These Issues Promptly.
