It took too long for my pieces to be returned. There was some searching for pieces and a piece was missing. I sent other items to be powder coated, and I had the same problem again. The gentleman who picked up and delivered the furniture was extremely professional.

Great product renovation and customer service.

I would have given a 5 star but was disappointed in the color selection for powder coated chairs. I wanted just a regular dark matte gray but I had to go with black that doesnt really match by dining table outside. I was not asking for an unusual color. Great customer service from the initial sales man - David Wycoff, to the staff at the warehouse to the delivery process. Kudos to management for hiring great people. Would definitely use Allied Powder again! The furniture turned out beautiful.

I had my daughter’s outdoor table and chairs powder coated. They look like brand new. I only wish I had gone a couple of shades darker. That said, they did a beautiful job.

Repainted chairs and tables look better than when we purchased them. Very pleased with the work performed by Allied.

Great communication and customer service! Everyone at Allied was very helpful and friendly. David brought samples to my client's residence so I could select new slings. Dimas was very patient with scheduling, and kept pushing back delivery to give construction more time. Good service and a quick turnaround.

The powder coating for all of our old outdoor furniture turned out really well. The repairs to the furniture also worked really well. Thanks for all the hard work

Allied Powder Coating did an excellent job of restoring our patio furniture. This included some minor frame repairs, powder coating the firepit table and chairs, and replacing the fabric slings. We were able to select coating and sling colors from a broad range of options. The people we dealt with were friendly and professional. They picked up and delivered everything.

I SO appreciate all the ‘ease’ taken with getting my outdoor furniture powder coated! Allied made it so easy, the process only took me personally less than an hour total! Making the order, being there for pick up, being there for delivery! Simple!

And I love the job you did, everyone that sees it agrees, wonderfully beautiful product on my beautiful furniture that was so in need of updating!

Better communication would help to keep your customers updated on when furniture will be finished & update the delivery date.
Calls were not returned several times when I called. I realize & know you do other work, but a phone call should be returned even if I am not a commercial customer.

From the initial telephone contact, salesman, delivery men and final product-all deserve 5 stars. This was the second time my patio furniture has been restored by Allied Powder Coating. The first restore looked beautiful and lasted for 20+ years. This second restore has a new color coating and webbing and I am confident my vintage chairs and tables will retain their beauty for decades too!

I was shocked that the Company forgot to inform me that the fabric did not come in for months . I called weekly to check on order and they kept telling me the items were in production when the fabric wasnt even there. I have done business in the past and my experiences were good. They could have made up for it when I had 2 more pieces there to complete it but it was not rushed to make things better but still waiting for the remainder to e completed.

New Look. Absolutely love my new look on my patio furniture. Allied did a great job with the color and new chair straps. Great team to work with. 5 stars on everything!
