Thank you Chris (Rugby). I had Chris for a valuation survey on my property. I was booked in and my property viewed within a week! Report also done within 2-3 days! Which I thought was great.
I had quite a few questions once I had my report through. Chris resolved all questions and helped as best and as professionally he could.
Llinos who assists with the queries and admin is also very helpful and responds promptly.

My initial contact by phone was very good. I was given information on price and how to continue if I wanted to. The surveyor explained the process and kept me up to date. He explained his findings and I received his report very promptly

Cannot fault Allied Surveyors
Cannot fault Allied Surveyors. They surveyed the house we were thinking of buying within 5 days of booking. The surveyor called me the day before to ask if I had any particular concerns and a report was sent to us the very next day, which was clear and thorough. Would definitely recommend them.

I had a great experience with Allied Surveyors & Valuers when arranging a RICS valuation for Help to Buy redemption. The process was smooth from start to finish. Communication was clear, booking was quick, and the surveyor attended promptly.

Fantastic service with a super quick turnaround time
We reached out to Allied Surveyors for a valuation report, in order to purchase the remaining shares of our shared ownership property.
The response time was fantastic, very responsive with their emails and providing quotes. We were able to arrange a visit from Kirsty at the Leeds office within a couple days of payment, and this included a weekend in between!
The service was fantastic and the report was delivered the following day. Very helpful as our lender was after this as soon as possible.
The overall experience was top notch, from the friendly speedy responses over email to the actual survey and timeliness of the returned report, and the price of course! All reasonable and overall a great experience!

Excellent customer service from the moment I enquired about my level 2 survey report. I was quickly booked in, the report is extremely thorough and has uncovered important issues with the property which are now being addressed prior to completion which has saved huge problems going forward. I appreciated the telephone call to discuss the report prior to receiving it and the advice provided. I would 100% recommend this service and company to anyone moving house.
