Dire

I was trying to obtain a spare for an old step. ALL the phone numbers give the same options, none of which helped me. I sent an email to the "spares" email no response. Finally got in touch with a human in there spares dept. Subsequent to that sent him an email showing the part I needed, again no response. I'm not sure how the rest of the organisation operates but my experience was dire.

Allied Vehicles sold me a taxi through…

Allied Vehicles sold me a taxi through Cab Direct knowingly there were inherent problems. To modify the Peugeot Rifter to make it a wheelchair accessible vehicle for purposes of being a taxi they have to change the adblu tank from a 15L to 13L capacity. The original Peugeot software does not recognise this change and starts the process of not allowing the vehicle to start. Management lights come all over the dash, which is very concerning. I contacted Cab Direct to request they take back the vehicle, which I bought only 6 weeks ago, but they have completely ignored me. Selling a product with a known fault is completely out of order, but worse than that, not responding to my requests for a refund. I know the issue with the adblu software is correct as it was Cab Direct who informed me of the issue. Peugeot Rifter converted to a Peugeot Horizon by Cab Direct conversion will only lead to great pain as no one can fix it. Do not buy one of these vehicles. I hope Cab Direct contact me very soon with a plan to resolve my issue. Allied Vehicles / Cab Direct appear to have a no response policy hoping I will go away, but that will not happen, I will get my refund and hopefully they will honour the deal and get it sorted. Do not buy from Allied Vehicles/Cab Direct as after sales customer care is non existent.
