I am a senior disabled veteran, and I always wanted this particular black. Alligator shoe, I called, I aint gonna say a young lady. But a very rude lady return my call. I don't work for the company. She do if I didn't know everything precisely. She was rude. It didn't help me at all to disrespect our potential customer. So I said, what you want me to do? Just shop at another store. She said, yeah, go ahead. Basically I don't need your business. Are you money? And I would have fought to have a customer not to hang up. I would look through every option. It was for she was very rude. MI just want other customers to know there are uh U young people today are millise rude females. In particular, like this one I gotta let everybody know. They want to spend $567800900000. For shoes on sharpened, their store.God bless have a beautiful day

For a number years now AlligatorWorld has been my #1 goto for exotics. Site is easy to navigate, excellent customer service, always a wide selection of exotics in stock and their prices are never over the top. Lastly, I reside on the west coast and AlligatorWorld has always (online or phone) accommodated my requests relating to a purchase or return on time and without hesitation. By far the best shoe store online you get what you pay for. I have been to the store in New York and you get the same quality online I have purchased many pairs of reptile shoes from them this is a 1st class establishment

I returned to Alligator World after my first online purchase experience which went very well. I purchased another Bruno Capelo hat that was nicely discounted. What I didn't expect was the next day delivery. I was so pleased with the easy website navigation, quality products, great prices and I was floored by the super-fast delivery! I give you guys 5 stars and thanks for the outstanding service! 👍🏾

Would like to give it a ZERO. Ordered online and the site said if you order within xx hours, you'll receive your order by xx. I even paid EXTRA to ship it 3-days. I still do not have my order and is well past the time their website stated. NOT to mention, NO ONE will answer the chat and when you call forget about someone answering. You have to leave a message. I have called three days in a room, multiple times a day and NO ONE HAS CALLED ME. NO ONE HAS ANSWERED MY CHAT. NO ONE HAS EMAILED ME BACK. I will report them as fraudulent. Clearly, I will not receive my item by the date I needed it if this company even exists.

I purchased a pair of beige alligator shoes for my groom to wear on our wedding day. I needed them shipped quickly & paid the $50 charge for fast shipping. Much to my surprise the company refunded the $50 AND the shoes arrived in two days! The shies are high quality & PERFECT. This is a top notch business & I will definitely buy again.

I ordered 2 pair of shoes and a shirt the order arrived and one pair had stiching coming a loose called company to get an authorization code when I went to ship the pair back, the cost of shipping was higher for one pair than what I paid to have 2 pairs plus a shirt shipped to me. The pair was defective that's the only reason I'm sending it back so they should reimburse me shipping. So I called them back to let them know, but the customer service rep put a lady on the phone who said they where going to email me a return label but I have to come in the store from now on to purchase shoes. How the hell am I going to be able to go in the store in New York to purchase shoes when I stay in New Orleans La. I've been ordering from them for years and since I'm sending a defective item back I have to come in the store rather then order online, if they would have checked the shoe before they shipped it I wouldn't be going through this. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE STAY CLEAR OF THE COMPANY!!!!
