Tow truck needed after terrible experience

Been a member for a year, took my truck here all the time. Bought a new car, went through the wash and came out with two flat tires. Their pulley system ripped off my “aftermarket” tire valves. The owner told me “everyone knows better” and that there was nothing I could do. Thanks for the heads up. I spent an hour waiting for a tow truck and cancelled my membership. Quoted $400 for a fix. I felt the way they handled this situation was very dismissive and that they didn’t care. As a business owner I would have at least shown some care and offered to chip in something.
