We were made very welcomed by Claire Walker who was friendly and professional, giving us time to consider all our options without feeling any pressure at all. Our viewing today was first class in every way. Rachel, who showed us round and gave us all the information relating to the property we are interested in was amazing. She was friendly and professional as well as being extremely knowledgeable. She took time to understand our requirements and help us in deciding which property would suit us best. She didn’t rush things and could answer everything we asked. Her knowledge of the development, the properties construction and the local area were impressive. We have had a few viewings now in our journey to relocate to Devon and Rachel has by far been the best customer service/ sales person we have encountered. We have come away with everything we need to know and consider prior to making our final decision on our house purchase. We have also made a 2nd appointment with Rachel for Thursday so that we can progress things.

We would just like to say dealing with roxy has been a pleasure, and things have moved very smoothly from using easy mover and selling our house within the first day. Once our house had sold roxy was very quick to get the ball rolling with a meeting as regards what the next steps are.

We had initially looked at other developments within Norwich until we 'stumbled' across The Oaks, where we met the ever-so-lovely Annabelle. From our very first meeting with her, she really made us feel welcome, and she left us with such a positive and memorable impression of her. The knowledge that she has, her hardwork and dedication to the job, and to helping customers like us find and secure our dream home is apparent, and we really could not have done it without her. Nothing was ever too much for her, and she 'bent over backwards' to assist us. A beautiful person inside and out, Annabelle is such a kind, down-to-earth, friendly, and bubbly person, who has such a lovely way of making you feel seen and heard, and I feel like we have known her for years. Seeing her on the development is like seeing your best friend ☺️ With a lovely smile and such a warm presence, she brightens up everyone's day, and we really can't envisage having anybody else as the 'face' of The Oaks. Perhaps it should be renamed 'Annabelle Homes' 😆 A fantastic development, with some of the most lovely people working on it - from Annabelle, George, Liam, and Mark (Burt), we genuinely consider all of them to be like family to us!

Tracy welcomed us warmly, showing us around the show home and letting us see one of the homes for sale. She answered all our questions, including those about part exchange and assisted buying. Finally, she promptly emailed us some paperwork. We came away knowing what we would have to do, to purchase one of the lovely homes on offer.

BE WARNED! Frampton Gate development. In just over a year we have had far too many issues that need to be resolved, a particular staff member has been mostly proactive in addressing these, however the volume of short cuts, poor quality finish and missed items should not be happening. 3 front doors due to damage and ill fitting, 3 hobs due to electrical fault issues, 2 fridge freezers due to first one just stopping working after a few weeks, 2 downstairs toilets due to faulty pan not flushing correctly, 3 room wall thermostats stopped working, badly scratched glazing units. Extractor fan ducting left lying on top of loft insulation. Some of these items have been resolved and some are on a list to be resolved. Plot signed off for handover when building regs not fully complied with, missing ground pipe for rain water soakaway, x2 missing gutter downpipes, wrong size extraction ducting for hob extraction hood deeming manufacturer warranty void (it has been agreed the cooker hood will be replaced, quite rightly so) missed half height tiling in a bathroom, floor underneath carpet in living room uneven and left with rubble on top, had to chase for the “home pack” completed end of March but no home information pack provided until November! If this sounds more like a review for what was Larkfleet Homes and their very poor reputation for quality it’s because Allison Homes rebranded what was Larkfleet Homes. The level of inconvenience and interruption to daily lives has been totally unacceptable. We did plan on investing in 2 further properties however after a few months of moving in we had no intentions of buying another Allison Homes branded property. I’m quite sure Allison Homes will post a reply to this, however whatever they have to say or apologise for it will in no way justify the volume of issues handed over in the property for us to deal with, if it was any other item being purchased in the UK it would have been returned to the seller for a full refund or replacement!

Having moved to Norwich not knowing anyone in the area, we are thankful to have met two of the loveliest people, George and Liam. They have been very helpful and supportive. Nothing is too much for them. They go above and beyond and we are very grateful that we have met them at Allison Homes. They have been so friendly and welcoming and we really do feel at home now!
