Rachel was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable, she listened to our requests and provided appropriate information based on that about both the available properties and local area.

Our viewing today was first class in every way. Rachel, who showed us round and gave us all the information relating to the property we are interested in was amazing. She was friendly and professional as well as being extremely knowledgeable. She took time to understand our requirements and help us in deciding which property would suit us best. She didn’t rush things and could answer everything we asked. Her knowledge of the development, the properties construction and the local area were impressive. We have had a few viewings now in our journey to relocate to Devon and Rachel has by far been the best customer service/ sales person we have encountered. We have come away with everything we need to know and consider prior to making our final decision on our house purchase. We have also made a 2nd appointment with Rachel for Thursday so that we can progress things.

Enjoyable experience from first contact, helpful, knowledgeable and great customer care, Rachael looked after us and nothing was to much bother, we were shown multiple house types and were given all the information we needed.

A lovely site Development, nicely planned and feeling spacious. The properties we viewed are high spec and finished to a high standard. Rachel who showed around the development and properties was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. All in all it was worth the 3and a half hour drive down from London to view at High Moor View. We are hoping we get a sale on our property so we don’t miss out on buying with yourselves.

We travelled for 1 hour and 25 minutes to view a home and was told we could view one otherwise we would not of bothered going, wasting fuel, our time and your time, head office led me to believe that we could view one. We couldn't even view where they were going to be situated, not a good idea to mislead people. There is only one bungalow and one house we were interested in but the bungalow is not ready until October 26. Also when will you house builders realise that putting bungalows next to houses doesn't work.

We visited South Molton and Bucklands Brewer and all the sales staff that we met could not have been more helpful. We weren’t rushed and they worked really hard to find a home to suit our needs. Thank you for letting us know us visit your lovely homes, we will be back!

Very helpful and resourceful support every step of the way. Very quick to follow up and reassure us of the after service. We have now agreed to buy with Allison homes and will continue to work closely with their advisors with what I’m sure will be a very positive and supportive team.

After care very good and can’t fault. Always responded quickly to any queries and snagging done promptly. Special mention to Adam Reed and Seth. Also the ongoing landscaping and fencing led by Simon. Plus whoever came to do the plastic repairs (sorry didn’t get your name!). Very pleased with the house overall. Excellent after sales team led by Steve Hunt. Part exchange process was smooth - our thanks to Caroline. The request for a ramp for accessibility well executed by Paul.

Allison Homes were very patient, when we had hold ups with our buyers. Gina was very helpful and great when we came for our initial visit to reserve the house.

The house is really well built and the small number of minor faults have almost been sorted out. We are in a lovely location here and we are just all very happy with the standard and inside space of the house. For the price its very good. It will be lovely when the orchard is finished and to look out on, which is for the whole community. Honestly it's the best house I have lived in so far.

Communication excellence

The aftercare of this this Company has been excellent. It’s a New Build property and you expect a few snagging issues but the quality of the finishes have been really good and the faults found have been mainly cosmetic. The Site Team have ensured that these issues have been corrected promptly and diligently. Everything has been dealt with to our satisfaction. Would highly recommend them.

If I could give 20 Golden Stars I would. Today I have picked up my keys to my wonderful new build bungalow. So happy.Everyone involved from the sale of the plot to the finished build , it has been excellent service. There may be tiny bits that need a tweak , hey it’s a new build, I am sure all will be dealt with professionally with the after care service .
Very overwhelmed with the finished build ,excellent it truly is beautiful.The development with various builds / finishes to the properties makes for a good blend into the surrounding county side .Just More Golden Stars for you all.
