We have just moved into our family home at Venue Fields, and we are in love with the property. It’s a very special purchase for us as first-time buyers and we were keen to be diligent in our process. Meeting Steve and his team, including Wayne and Louise has been so supportive. From the first conversation we felt heard and assured, and comfortable that the team really hold the buyer at the heart of the process, knowing that everything they can do for us in our new house will impact our experience for years to come. Steve has been responsive, friendly and quick to action any minor adjustments. Nothing is too big or too small, and his whole team are incredibly respectful when they visit our property. They have gone above and beyond and been generous with their support and anything they can offer during the moving period and first few weeks – we wish they could stay nearby forever! Thank you to each of you for your part!

The house is beautifully designed, and we are grateful for the care and attention that has been taken to the finishing details and the gardens, which we still notice all the time.

Our journey started with Kaya in the sales office, who was also very generous with her time and took a deep interest in our journey. Knowing that I could call someone even after office hours if need be, made the whole process feel much more personal and we are grateful for that.

We would recommend the site and the developer to any friends, those that have visited have already taken notes. We already feel very settled and delighted with our decision.

Just moved in to our new home on Venus Fields, Needham Market and it is amazing. Just wanted to give a huge shoutout to our site manager Steve and his team Lou and Wayne they have been nothing but wonderfull !!!!

I cannot thank Kaya enough. She has sorted all my fixtures and fittings and been so professional but caring. I am delighted to have purchased on this lovely estate with such great customer service.

We have had a wonderful experience buying our first home with Allison Homes, at Venus Fields.
As newbies to this, it comes with a lot of apprehension and a feeling that you might be taken advantage of or miss something important through lack of knowledge but Kaya was and still is such a wonderful support. We had a very speedy move from a rental into our beautiful new home, right before Christmas, and I think it surprised everyone we told. No-one thought it could be done in 26 days from first viewing a home to getting the keys, and I know it is quite an exception but Kaya and Charlotte were always on hand to help us through the process and keep everyone working hard to get us into our forever home for Christmas! Kaya is extremely innovative and progressive in her approach and she guided us to use AI to help us write emails and check contracts etc. This made the process so much smoother and quicker for us and was a brilliant way for us as FTBs to feel confident in learning the lingo and the process of buying a home.
The house itself is beautiful - it’s finished to a high standard, is an excellent size and we love the location. Being a smaller development than some others we’d looked at, was a huge appeal and Needham Market is a lovely market town.
We couldn’t be happier with the whole process so far and would highly recommend Allison Homes and the wonderful staff at Venus Fields.

The entire experience was special. Steve treated us as friends. He listened to our needs and went out of his way to find solutions to our needs.

We brought a house on Venus Fields and are extremely pleased with the house, process of buying etc. Steve (lovely man) the sales rep on site was very helpful and showed us all types of houses on the site and talked us through each detail perfectly. Once we decided on the property we wanted he went above and beyond to make sure the buying process went through as smoothly as possible, even when issues arouse out of Allison Builders hands Steve was there for guidance and support top guy. Jade is also very helpful and was there on the day we moved in and got a couple of teething issue sorted straight away. Louise the after sales lady again is extremely good all snagging has been done with no issues. All in all top marks all round. The house is home already perfect, thank you Steve, Jade, Louise and all guys on site at Allison Homes.

We are currently going through the house buying process - Steve at the ELM has been amazing from the moment I went to the sales office to enquire about one of the builds. There’s so much to take in but Steve has cleared all of our doubts and concerns and made sure we have been informed about everything we need to consider. It’s a wonderful experience for us as we are first time buyers and we are very very happy we have decided to go with Allison Homes. Thank you so much Mr Steve for all the support snd effort because there was a language barrier and he managed to make it simple and understandable for us.Steve happily answered all the questions without any hesitation.Once again thank you so much.
