Dear customer, There is no downgrade option for Symbol nodes. But, you can remove the node from our Advanced hosting service and re-host on the Basic plan. Please keep in mind that your node address and name will be completely new. And all current delegators will be removed. But since you do not have delegators, it should not be a problem. Your dissatisfaction with our service is regrettable despite the perfect uptime performance of your node in the last 340 days. Please reach out to us via internal chat; we’d appreciate understanding your needs better.

Overall a great experience for staking ETH with Allnodes. A few moments where the setup process froze - this freaked me out as I wasn't sure if I'd lost my ETH into the void - but refreshing the browser window brought everything back into alignment. Otherwise the setup was easy, and the dashboard view is great for both overview and drill-down info. The price is well worth it. I would pick these folks again for future staking.

I did reach out to Allnodes' tech team a couple of times during the setup process. They were courteous and efficient, offered good suggestions, and (unlike many other places' tech support) showed a deep understanding of how the Ethereum network and staking work. Full points for their tech support!

Great service
Was able to quickly get support for a node that I was operating on my own. There'd be no way for me to get it up as quickly as Allnodes did and I'm saving quite a bit by utilizing their service.

Overall a great service. I’d like to see automated payments so I don’t have to worry about replenishing my account every month. Other than that Allnodes is a no brainer for people who want to be Validators, but don’t want to have to setup and manage a node themselves.
