Am happy with the presentation of the device. I bought the good version of iphone 13 and just had minor scratches at the edges but the face and back is clean. The battery was 82% healthy which is ok.

I had to pay for Customs at high rate as though it was the new device. They didn't accept the price of the invoice that the phone was worth more. They thought it was new one. It would have been better if your company can lias with the DHL so that tax and customs should be inclusive and delivery should be made directly without getting the customer involved with the customer clearing service.

Allo Allo DELIVERED

I ordered the iPhone 13 with a new battery as I had just bought Meta AI glasses (my old phone was a Huawei). The phone arrived and it was red, I chose no color but I am happy with this one. I finally finished setting it up and all my apps transferred via the IOS app. The phone is in good working condition as advertised with almost no scratches, a few but certainly not as many as my old phone. The back is also slightly scratched but again, nothing much. The buttons fully work and I have total control of my phone. The social media apps and camera quality are great. Although refurbished, this phone is a great choice.

They delivered through DHL and the customs were upwards of R800 however that made the total cost around R7200 which is still cheaper than anything I would have found locally, so still a bargain. Honestly, it's day 1 but I have no complaints. Willing to come back and update if my experience becomes compromised. It also delivered a day earlier than expected!
