Poor not fit for purpose
Poor not fit for purpose? One handle which needs to twist round to extend the reach of the handle does not work. Trying to see if it will move with freeing oil or return it.

The trug i bought was well made . Good value for money. Only criticism was packaging badly damaged. But probably more to do with Elvri.

Stock control could be better

Excellent service
Excellent service. My watering can was damaged in transit. I contacted AllotMate and immediately they dispatched a replacement and were very apologetic. Delighted with the watering can and will use them again.
