Ordered the msr elixir 1. Excellent tent and super quailty. Very well made. I queried the price as it was cheaper than amazon uk and both models were the exact same. Delivery and customer support was very good. Will definitely be purchasing from them again.

Superfast delivery (to Sweden). Wrote the wrong zip-code when I ordered. Sent a mail. Order already shipped, but they went to great lenghts to fix it (contacting delivery company, mailing me back several times etc).

A friend showed me his Leatherman Raptor a few weeks ago, very impressed, had to have one but couldn't justify price. Alloutdoor.co.uk had it at a good price, colour I wanted (black and orange... So I can find it!). Placed order but couldn't find details..quick call to orderline, enquiry dealt with efficiently and politely...
Raptor is a serious cutting tool, ideal for enhanced first aid kit but also useful for my groundskeeping/ hobbies work.

Ordered our product for delivery to Spain. After several aborted delivery attempts by the carrier here I contacted customer service. I received a very prompt reply to my email from Mathew and was kept advised on the progress of my query at all times. The outcome was successful and the product delivered as promised this morning! We had ordered the Vargo camping table and am pleased to advise that this product met all of our expectations. AllOutdoor is highly recommended.

Great Service I received item in two days.
Item reviewed is the Exped 30 litre transit rucksack/bag. Great bag for the gym, beach and travel. Good quality material, big beefy zips (which you can lock together) and 4 inside mesh pockets. Managed to fit my exped tarp (3m x1.8m) , pole, groundsheet and pegs in the long outside pocket. Phone fits comfortably in the outside smaller pocket and room as well for a couple of snack bars/torch. I would say this is a great 2 days one night bag for camping (summer) or from place to place on a daily basis. Easy access to main compartment means no more having to tip everything out of the bag. My overnight camping kit, inc one night’s food ,1 litre of water , came to 6KG.
Recommended load 10Kg. Ran water from the tap (full force) over the bag and it all just beaded off.

The pruners arrived in the mail today! Thank you so much for following up on this order. There was a bit of a mixup on shipping but all outdoor followed up quickly and professionally. I was most impressed.

And it is a lovely spring day so I am off to use my new falcon pruners.

Originally attracted by the great price (significantly lower than their competitors for one of the items I wanted) I ordered one fleece from alloutdoor and another from my usual popular UK outdoor specialist, both on the same day, opting for free postage with both companies. Two days later I’ve received the alloutdoor order ready to wear at the weekend 😊👍No signs of the other one even shipping yet. Good email updates. Very impressed. I’ll be looking here first in future.
