All Pets at Peace Ltd Reviews 

Its now exactly one week since Kenny our beautiful Westie crossed Rainbow Bridge. Kenny was 16 years old and my wife and I both new it was time for him to leave us.
After the vet had left we took him straight to "All Pets at Peace"
Brian met us upon arrival and from that point on he did everything possible to make our visit a less painful experience. Brian was so good at taking away our grief and letting us talk about Kenny's life.
We waited to collect his ashes and choose a picture frame to put them in.
We cannot thank Brian enough for his kindness and understanding. It had been a dull grey day up to us arriving but as we left there was a beautiful silver lining in the clouds and suddenly the sun burst out and shone so brilliantly. I know Brian didn't arrange that, but we took it to mean that Kenny wanted us to know he was now safe and happy.

We arrived in an emotional, broken hearted state as a family, with our darling Harley for Brian to take care of.
We left after 2 hours feeling far more relaxed, perfectly at peace with ourselves that we had absolutely made the right choice. Brian created that sense of calm for all of us.
From the warm, respectful welcome, through the lovely and much needed conversation and distraction from what was happening, with his common-sense approach to everything... he showed that he thoroughly understood what any household would be feeling... and he feels strongly about his own dogs, so works on the very same level of care that he'd want for his own.
We left there for our journey home with a lightness of heart and mind.
And I really need to stress to people that although we have a pet crem much closer to us, it was well worth the journey to Epworth...we had to give our boy the much more personal and individual dignified service that he deserved. We felt uplifted at a very emotional time.
The grounds around it are peaceful and pretty. Our short stay there was such a lovely experience that we must recommend Brian to everyone.

My boy who wagged his tail at so many people over the years sadly had to leave this world due to him being old and fragile. Pets at peace really did go beyond and help me with my grieving process. Brian is absolutely brilliant at keeping your mind off things and allowed me to wait until the cremation was completed to then I brought my dog straight back home after 2 hours. What could go wrong with that? Absolutely nothing. I hope I don't have to see Brian again in the nicest possible way but if I ever have to make the heartbreak decision in laying another pet to rest I sure will be going back to Brian without shadow of doubt.

Today we lost Wiiliam our cat absolutely devastated a friend recommended all pets at peace my partner spoke to a lovely man called Brian and everything was sorted nothing too much trouble.
He was respectful compassionate and funny totally putting us at ease while we waited for William. We cannot thank him enough for making our dark day a little brighter .

I telephoned Brian on Sunday evening after losing our beloved Socks. We have used all pets at peace almost 6 years ago when our elderly dog Lola passed. Brian was his usual lovely self and asked when we would like to bring our girl in the next day. Brian accommodated us and did his best to make me feel better as I was in deep shock.
Once at the crematorium, Brian with his wonderful way, supported us through this really awful time. He treated our girl with the utmost dignity and respect. He made us laugh with his wonderful way and made a really awful time a little easier to bear.
We are and will be for a long time missing our boo. Brian knew how hard it was for us to cope with and mentored us some really valuable mindful things to do to help us.

What can I say, typical Barnsley lad! Call a spade a shovel without being inconsiderate. He is a credit to the industry which I wish others would be. This is how pet cremations everywhere should be. Very chatty and puts you at ease with his true, albeit, Barnsley Yorkshireman attitude.
I couldn't recommend him any more than passing on his details to every pet owner.

We recently had our boy Charlie ( 11 1/2 year old husky cross staffy) cremated at All pets at peace. Brian was great from that first phone call. We were made to feel relaxed like visiting an old friend so this made the process that much easier to get through. The love he shows for any of the animals that come through his doors is spectacular. Coming home with our Charlie knowing he’d done his best for us and not having to leave him meant the world to us. Would fully recommend his services when needed.

We took our beloved Caverlier King Charles to Brian at All Pets at Peace we arrived very upset but after meeting Brian with his compassion and understanding made us feel better and reminded us to always remember the good times over nearly 15 years of George’s life and not just that one bad day. Thank you so much for all you did.

This is the second time that I have used Brian’s service with All Pets At Peace. 4 years ago, my beloved first pet hedgehog, Sonic, passed away. My partner Sarah found Brian’s service, and he treated Sonic with care, dignity and respect. He brought some much needed humour, into an extremely upsetting day.

Today, Brian showed that this exemplary level of care, was not a one off. My beautiful hedgehog Coco passed away this morning in her sleep. Sarah was on the phone to Brian when we feared the end was approaching, and made an appointment with him.

Brian is an absolute pleasure to talk to, and helped to take some of the edge off the deep sorrow I was feeling. Coco meant the absolute world to me. Brian offered for us to say goodbye to her in the Farewell Room. We both agreed, and soon, Brian had placed Coco on some lovely pillows. As he said, it looked like she had gone to sleep. Coco had a single white quill on her forehead, it was her distinctive mark, and I asked if we could have it as a keepsake. Brian was more than happy to oblige.

Shortly after commencing the cremation process, Brian asked us to how we had come to be with him today. I explained what had happened to Coco, how she had deteriorated rapidly in just a single day. I was heartbroken telling her sad story, and Brian clearly cared about my feelings. He gave a perfect example of the length of an animals life, and the importance of remembering that though today was a terrible day, it was just that, and to remember the many, many years of joy I’d had with Coco.

Brian is clearly passionate about what he does, and when he says that people come from all across the country to use his service, it’s certainly not difficult to see why.

He made us smile, reflect on what we were feeling, and was a genuine pleasure to talk to.

Cremating a beloved pet is such an incredibly painful experience. As Brian said, he can’t take that pain away, but
his service excels in making you think of the good times you had with your little one.

I cannot recommend his service highly enough, 5 stars doesn’t do him justice. He’s a credit to the profession.

Sadly had to put my loving fudge (cat) to sleep today 5/02/24 . After finding out he had few tumours . He was the good old age of 16 . And from the minute I got there I felt at ease . And knew fudge was in good hands ... he also did my jack Russell 4 years ago . Thank you . Brian

Absolutely amazing, so respectful, we were there a hour and 15 mins, during that time while our beautiful cat thomas was being cremated the gentleman came and spoke to us and guided us on how to cope without Thomas, after Thomas was cremated we were given his ash's, a poem from Thomas and a card with his name on, but the best part about the card was the gentleman cut some of his hair off and put it in the card! Such a thoughtful man, I'd definatly recommend going there, you know its only your pet getting cremated, it's all done in a respectful and caring manner, thank you so much, xxx

We were told about Brian when we lost our beloved little yorkie after an awful experience elsewhere, and I’m so glad we were told about Brian he is the most thoughtful man and understands what you are going through at one of the most awful times, nothing is too much trouble, he treats all our babies with the care and dignity they deserve. Keeps your mind busy by having a good chat while your babies are laid to rest. An absolute gent now we have been back 5 more times would never go anywhere else. Have recommended him to many people with their pets and family. Thank you Brian for being a true gent.

We are on our way back from seeing Brian. He has looked after three of our beloved animals in the past and now it was turn for our late boy Ern’s sister Flo. She was my mum and dad’s dog and my dad’s constant companion after losing my mum exactly three years ago today. I cannot find enough words to express how wonderful the service is that Brian and Kate offer. The calmness, compassion and understanding aligned with the beautiful natural setting are instantly reassuring. You know you and your loved ones are in safe hands. Thank you isn’t a big enough word. We lost Dorothy the night before and on the same night we called All Pets at Peace. It was late, and we had just lost Dorothy - Brian was reassuring, helped arrange a next day appointment to bring our old girl and was very understanding.

The experience quite honestly brought a lot of closure not only to myself but to my Stepmother as well who was taking it the hardest. She hasn't even teared up since we've left Brian. Whilst we were lucky to have gathered around Dorothy and say our goodbyes when she found her peace the night before, Brian ensured she had her respect maintained and her dignity kept alive, even in death. Individual cremation, no freezers, no plastic bags and waiting weeks for your family back. Brian ensures that from the moment you arrive, you are comfortable, understood, and heard. He is professional, hard working and has a gigantic heart. He wants what is best for your family, and he certainly knows how to achieve that should cremation be your preferred path. Had to take one of our beautiful girls today, Brian was one of the most calming professional dedicated individuals, he is absolutely perfect for the job, the whole experience no matter how bad we felt Brian understood what we were going through, nothing was too much trouble and he treated Freckles with the upmost dignity at all times .
I cannot fault the service provided at all and her sister will be in safe hands when the time comes.
Also noted that all cremations are done individually.

Absolute 5 star service for my English springer spaniel, Brian helped make a terrible sad time easier. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Taken a few pets here and I cant recommend enough. Brian is compassionate and caring and puts you at ease. Had to take my cat Lucifur there today, I'm still heartbroken but knowing Lucifur like my other pets are cared for in such a dignified manner in a single cremation really helps.

Brian is the best in the business, he has lovingingly cared for 5 of our beloved cats, Tilly, Ollie, Archie, Badger & Poppy.
He is caring and compasionate and makes a really bad day, bearable. Thank You Brian.
