Hopefully helpful suggestions

Nice, friendly consist service. I only wish that some items were a little less expensive so that I would not have to purchase at local hardware stores. Items such as gas hose, valves , and general installation hardware.

Where is my part??

Part ordered on the 2nd talked to two different people and the order is still Processing 12 days later.
I have not used this company in about a year and this was my first order in that year.
Not impressed!

Customer Service does their best to…

Customer Service does their best to help, which we appreciate. The wrong parts are sent, defective parts are sent, duplicate orders of the same order are sent, that we have to then send back. Sometimes a customer cancels a service job, so sometimes it is on us that we have to send parts back as well. We wait often 6-8 weeks for credit memos to be issued. We have to constantly hound the customer service ladies to press for the credit memos to be issued. We spend so much of our time on the phone and off getting your mistakes sent back to you and getting credits that we have had to make an excel spreadsheet to keep up with what has been credited to us and what has not. We love All Points and couldn't do business without, but we want an online dashboard of our account activity AND communication/processes between departments needs to be improved. We would like the ability to order online and process the entire order when the order has parts coming from both All Points and Parts Town and have a dedicated person for our account so we don't have to contact 4-5 different people to get things accomplished. We would also like price matching from competitors such as Parts Town. We appreciate what you do. You asked for feedback and we appreciate that opportunity as well.

turn for the worst customer service ever

well where should I start,I sent emails requesting a price on certain parts and never got back in touch ,I have called and left messages on getting a price on a part to only have someone reach out to me saying they had to check with the mfg on the part and never heard back. I ordered 2 small hi voltage wires and had it 2nd day air and it's been 5 days and still no part has arrived. the whole advertisement of you all sending parts so we could have it the next day is a lie. the operation of all points has took a dramatic turn for the worse. can't get answers,can't get call backs and can't get parts,so I'm pretty sure that earned you all 1 star if they had a negative star you would get that as my rating of how well you all are doing
