Unacceptable behavior, extortion tactics, and severe physical threats
We are posting this to openly warn other companies and individuals about our recent experience with Lee Curniffe (aka Kartel) from All Services 360. After purchasing a service with us, Lee was frustrated that the projects required specialised electrical knowledge he didn't have and requested an immediate refund.
During a phone call, his behaviour escalated to an entirely unacceptable and dangerous level. He openly attempted to blackmail our business, stating we were "lucky" he had only left one 1-star review instead of ten, and offered to take it down only if we gave him free pricing services.
Far more seriously, Lee made multiple explicit, violent threats against our team and property. He repeatedly stated that he wanted to come to our office to physically attack our staff with a hammer, specifically threatening to show up with a bomb and stating that he wanted to blow our office up.
We take the safety of our staff with the utmost seriousness. Because of these criminal threats, we have terminated his account and have reported this matter directly to the police.
We strongly advise against doing business or having any contact whatsoever with this individual.
