Positive experience

David is very helpful. Helped me change internet contract with Virgin. Strongly recommend when you need change supplier. Very good communication, extensive market knowledge.

I highly recommend Dawid.

I highly recommend Dawid and his company. He checks everything carefully, gives the information what i needs, and responds very quickly. If its important, I even reply on his day off. He cares very much about his customers.

Bills issue resolved

I have joined to Octopus with David help. I couldn't do it on own as my electric meter is Economy 7 and I wanted to have standard tariff. After 3 months since joining I haven't received a bill for gas. I have contacted with customer service 3 times to receive a bill with no luck. I texted David with an issue I am having and all has been sorted within 2 hours.
I can truly recommend David and his company, the customer service is the very high level.
