A week later no item, but was given a refund of my money, no explanation of why, no apologies, although they do like to keep your money a week before refunding you back, total mickey mouse company, do yourself a favor.....buy elsewhere
Fast delivery, good product, was unsure on legitimacy of website but no issues what so ever.
Item in perfect condition and arrived before due date, only issue is inefficiency in packaging as a massive box was used to deliver a small item. The smallest side of the delivery box was bigger than the biggest side of the item's box, I'd recommend smaller postage boxes as this minimises the risk of the item rocking inside the delivery box and reduces the environmental impact. My item was two fans so rocking could well have broken them if I was unlucky enough.
Very good company, Very helpful staff was waiting for a 3080 to be in stock and they would regularly inform what was going on when I asked them and were very patient. Eventually ended up getting a refund although was offered a 3080 Ti unfortunately the day before I had bought one off another site. Would recommend them highly!
