Do NOT shop here. This is a dishonest business. On January 4, 2026, I purchased a product identified as the “Joy Tassel Gown” from All Things Cherish. The total amount paid was $204.40 USD, which included a discounted price plus shipping.

As of today, I have not received the merchandise. Additionally, I have made multiple attempts to contact the business regarding the status of my order and to request a resolution. Specifically, I reached out on March 15, 2026, and March 23, 2026 via email, Instagram direct messaging, and the phone number provided by the business.

All attempts to contact the company have been ignored until I filed a BBB report and an AG report. They have since marked my purchase delivered the same day all complaints were filed (4/6/26) but provided a fake tracking number that ups never shipped on 4/14/26. DO NOT SHOP HERE - she will get your money, not provide items and not refund and be dishonest about delivery and provide fake tracking numbers.

SCAM! This website used to be reputable a few years ago. For the last year or so, all they do is take money from customers and give excuses on shipment status. It’s basically a scam business now. You will never receive your order, afterwards you will be offered a store credit instead(only after you send a million messages), and you won’t ever receive items from that either!

I wouldn’t give them a star. I placed an order for the Jessie pants set back on April 20,2025! Today is June 23,2025. I have sent well over 10 emails, numerous DM messages, filed a complaint with the BBB and I am on the line now disputing the charge at this point. They have failed to send me my order. Sent me an email a month ago to give them a few days to fix the error. This item was for Memorial Day weekend. I used some of my “STORE CREDIT” to purchase it… next up I will be filing a lawsuit. Seeing how others have been scammed as well, I will be looking into reaching out to others to file a class action. This type of business practice will not go unnoticed.

I am not sure why we are even able to select 1. I give a 0. Customer service means nothing to these women. They don't respond, emails after emails and I am still waiting on my item. They also issue credit gift cards but will not allow you to use your money on sale items only full price. I've never seen anything like this. It's a scam of you ask me

I placed an order on August 21, 2024 for pickup, which her site says is typically ready within 24 hours. I’ve done the pickup before and got my items within 1-2 days. After 8 days I reached out and asked for the status of my order; and was told I would be notified when it was ready. After a few more days I reached out again and was told my order would be available for pickup after Labor Day (which was 2 weeks from the order date). It’s now September 13th and I still don’t have my order. Sent a text and email days ago to pickup and she didn’t even respond. Worst customer service ever from a black owned business.

This lady that run this business is literally the worst black owned company I have ever come cross. Why are you taking payment for items knowning you’re not in Miami to ship she is so unprofessional. I had to find out on the media the girl was on vacation and she never mentioned it on her page. I will never shop with this lady again

My dress didn’t arrive within 2 days but it definitely arrived on time for the event I was attending ! Looked exactly like pictures I absolutely loved it and will definitely continue to shop with ATC !

Worse online boutique I've ever purchased from. I placed my order on 6/27. I reached out to them on July 17 to inquire about my order and their customer service person Mia sent me a tracking number stating that package was dropped off to UPS. I tracked the package and all UPS showed was that the label was created on July 8 but they don't have the package in their possession. I emailed them on July 20 to please refund me because no way should I wait for a package 1 month that's shipping within the U.S but they never responded to my email. On July 22 they finally dropped the package off at UPS and it got delivered on 7/25...just 2 days short of 1 month. These people are legit scammers!!...I don't want the item anymore as this cause a huge inconvenience to me. Spend your money elsewhere!

I purchased a size small outfit from All Things Cherished boutique with expedited two-day shipping. Unfortunately, I did not receive the order within the promised timeframe, which was crucial for me. Despite this inconvenience, I decided to keep the outfit. However, upon receiving the package, I discovered that the top was a size small, while the pants were a size large, rendering the outfit unusable.

I promptly contacted their customer service via email to express my dissatisfaction and request a refund. Regrettably, they displayed a lack of concern and simply instructed me to return the outfit for a refund. This process commenced on May 30th, and since then, they have continuously provided various excuses for the delay in issuing the refund.

It is concerning that a company that presents itself as reputable and charges premium prices would engage in such unprofessional and deceptive practices. I caution potential customers to be wary of All Things Cherished boutique, as their business conduct appears to be fraudulent. P.s. they also stopped responding to my emails.

This is an evil and HORRIBLE company. They steal your money don’t ship out your items send you a fake tracking number and then ignore you when you reach out to them. DO NOT trust this company at all.

ok so this is my honest opinion about this company i love the quality of this suit I bought yes i ordered one size bigger because the material do not give but the seamstress did such a good job i will have this suit for my grandchildren. go with the sizing chart they provide on the website

Do not order from this company they have a Miramar FL address but the clothes are from China and they do not deliver your package or even give a tracking number. I ordered a package and sent emails to their customer service team and no response. I had to dispute the charge. I Will never order from them again

SCAM ALERT SCAM ALERT! Their sizes are for small Chinese women and dont reflect American women sizes. Their size chart is completely wrong. They are scammers. I bought a $150 dress and im a small women and it only comes up to my waist. They dont accept returns and all their clothers are really expensive. Huge scammers. Reporting them to the bbb immediately
