Great service and fast delivery

Placed an order, they took my money, not received an email confirming my order. Cannot phone them as the number no longer seems valid, emails not responded to. Tried phoning a store, no response. Is this company a con??

Ordered some dampeners and they delivered the wrongs. I am incredibly annoyed because I didn’t order these ones, don’t like the design and will not be using them. This is the first and last time I will be ordering from this company

Order failed to arrive. No reply to emails.

My racket was expected to arrive 5 days ago (Friday the 12th of june)
I have been provided no tracking information. And they aren’t replying to my emails but they brag about good trust pilot reviews but they dont seem trustworthy

I am highly disappointed with my experience. I placed an order specifically because the website promised faster delivery, with a scheduled arrival date of Thursday 11/06/2026.The items never arrived. Following the instructions on the confirmation email, I replied to ask for an update, but received no response or explanation. I have also tried calling their phone number multiple times, but nobody answers.I chose this shop for speed, but now I am left with no items and zero customer service. Avoid.

The problem with this company is being able to return items. Basically if you want to spend £12 to try on 1 pair of shoes go for it.

Excelent delivery times, spot on next day!!! Refunds are also processed nice and quick if you make a mistake and order 95" instead of 98" :) .

I only bought a couple of small items but they were what I wanted they arrived on time and that's all you can ask for really: reasonably priced items that arrive on time. The tennis retail world isn't what it was years ago but I think these guys are ok and I'll be shopping here again.

Broke my padel racket playing on Wednesday morning so ordered a replacement on Wednesday afternoon and it arrived on Thursday in time for Friday mornings game. Thanks for the quick turnaround

Ordered a padel and tennis racket and it came the next day at 4pm. Rackets have no damage and was packaged well. Both have now been used by myself and not had any problems. Purchase was made when big discount was active on their website too.

We ordered tennis balls for our club, they were delivered really quickly. Service in the physical store is also good , the guys are really knowledgeable and offer a lot of support when choosing a racquet.

In a previous order is asked for weights as close as possible on a 3 racket order..what turned up was 3 almost identical with hand written weight notes…….. sublime service.
