Avoid buying if you need your gear on time. My order was guaranteed for (May 21st) I placed order on ( May 15st ). Had important weekend games, but there are zero tracking updates. Tried calling and nobody picks up. Tried emailing and got a bounce-back saying their customer service inbox is completely full. Incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.

I bought a padel racket and there was a good amount of information on the specifications of the racket which I found useful. The price was very competitive. The racket was delivered the next day as promised. Overall a very good experience and would buy again from the company.

All in all had a good experience ordering with all things tennis, their pricing is great and the website was very user friendly, navigating it was easy. I must say there was some slight confusion about my delivery date/delay with my order (these things happen!) though Logan from their customer service team was very helpful at answering my questions, and had the issue resolved quickly. It looks like this is business is thriving at the moment, would recommend.

Ordered an expensive tennis racket, delivered super quick but damaged during transit. Return via DPD. Company do not reply to email, have not followed through on what they say and don't seem to be able to deal with basic customer service. 4 weeks, 4 emails, 5 calls later my refund is on the way - lets see. Wouldn't recommend.

Ordered a padel racket which came with marks and an air bubble- poor quality from a highly spoken about company.

I emailed about my issue but received no response. I sent the racket back through their returns policy and emailed them to let them know, still no response and currently still no refund..
