Misleading “Free Shipping” Offer on Alltricks’ German Website
On the German version of the website, the navbar says: Werden Sie Alltricks+-Mitglied – Kostenloser Versand (“Become an Alltricks+ member – Free shipping”). I became a member expecting free shipping, but it turned out to be unavailable. I contacted customer support and explained the issue. They said the offer is only valid in France and sent me a screenshot of their terms and conditions. I asked why “Free shipping” is displayed at the top of the German page. They acknowledged it as an issue and agreed to issue a refund. I sent a reminder, but haven’t received a response yet.

Worst store ever! Scammers!
Worst store ever! They don't even care about customer and the law.
I made my order at 29/09/2025 and still not received it. I have the legal right to cancel order and receive refund becuse i won't wait and waste my time anymore

Missing delivery
If you don't receive your goods within 30 days, or within the agreed time, you should remind the trader giving them an additional, reasonable time limit to deliver. For example, if the trader has informed you that your delivery is delayed by a week because of problems with his suppliers you should consider giving him that extra week.
If the trader still doesn't deliver within the extended deadline then you're entitled to terminate your contract and be reimbursed as soon as possible. You don't have to give the trader extra time if they refuse to deliver or when an agreed delivery period is essential, for example, if you need the goods for a specific event, such as a dress for a wedding, and you have informed the trader of this in advance.
Their support agent said i need to wait until 03/11/2025 then she said wait until 07/11/2025 and todays she said need to wait until 18.11.2025
Their actions is illegal. Store don't even care about consumer rights and the law.
I will goint to Police to fill complaint and i will fill complaint to European Consumer Centres Network - ECC Net
Stay away from them if you would not to have same problem like me.

After reviewing your account, I note that the person in charge of your file never received the documents requested for the delivery dispute. You never wanted to send them.
Without these documents, we were unable to proceed with the carrier after opening an investigation into the non-receipt of your first order for a Garmin watch worth €1,299.99.
There is a procedure for this type of case. We must follow it.
Following receipt of your complaint regarding non-receipt of your parcel, which was lost, we issued a refundable credit note on 12/11/2025.

Sorry, never again.
Unfortunately, I'm surprised by the good reviews. I've been waiting for a jersey for a month now. Very frustrating. Unfortunately, a simple exchange process has been very complicated and not customer-friendly. Lack of and poor communication by the team, as well as insufficient transparency and the long wait for a response are the main points of my criticism. Also the partner (Siroko) wasn’t able to deal with a single delivery.
Edit: I got the money back, actually I wanted the Jersey. Now the option is "...doesn't deliver in your country." and the Jersey is out of stock.
