Reduced price bike saddle was brand new and a quality product it arrived on time and there was good communication about the order and delivery... good experience

Very bad experience. Ordered a jacket that turned out to be an old model or fake (Colombia jacket). The size and colour was different so I returned it. My return is now 'stuck' at the depot because AllTricks is not picking up the package at the collection point. (Also the same jacket got 50% sale after I returned it.)
Definitely won't recommend

Ordered garmin support for my Garmin explore. It was delivered the next day. As always no problems with alltricks.com. 👍

Ordered nice cycling pants, paid for them and received a payment confirmation via Alltricks and via the bank. Unfortunately it stops here. Why does my order remains in my shopping cart as 'still to be paid'???
So still nothing received. Tried to get in touch via email and website and sent a copy of my payment confirmations. Unfortunately no response is given. VERY BAD!!!!

Quick delivery, items were ok. I had to send back one and the refund was also really fast.

At the moment I'm not happy with the webshop named Alltricks. I paid for my order via their website and the funds are deducted from my bank account. The order is not being processed by Alltricks and they mention on their website that they are waiting on my payment. The company is also not sending e-mails on the order, not replying on the message I left for them via an account on their website. Alltricks does not initiate communication on the fact they are not processing the order. I'm left in the dark about the order I placed and paid for. I would not advise anyone to buy from Alltricks when the level of service is lacking like this. I hope I can change my mind on their service in the near future and they pick things up quickly without a lot of hassle.

This is my first time ordering the items from Alltrick and is brilliant. It is the cheapest price I ever found in Alltrick and delivery time is speedy.

One minor thing I suggest is the courier delivery address section can be extended with more wording insert.
Because the parcel failed to deliver the first time and I am the tourist about to leave soon.

However, the Courier alerted me of the status by email immediately so I could add up the details at the same and deliver successfully in time before I left.
