My timber was due to be delivered on Friday between 2-3pm and its now Tuesday and still no delivery and no response from emails or phones call, at this moment in time they have the money and I have the stress of chasing up undelivered items and trying to keep customer happy.

Terrible performance from Orpington branch. Ordered a few replacement tiles on 14th Sept, automated email confirmation received. Heard nothing for over a week so emailed on 22nd, no response, again on 25th. Sent a WhatsApp message on 28th, eventually got a reply on 30th saying wouldn't be in stock for several weeks. I replied back that day saying can they cancel the order. Then heard nothing, few more chase messages, after 4 weeks got on to credit card company to do a section 75 chargeback, sorted.

Web site needs improving, booked a delivery slot for a tues between 8 and 10am. Got an email o the Monday morning to say it can't deliver tues will have to be weds.
Emailed back no response phoned and no one phoned back.
So come weds tracking suddenly showed failed delivery, phone them up and it hadn't even been sent to the branch for delivery.they did eventually sort it by diverting a lorry to pick it up.
Why say on web site it can be delivered when it can't.

Not a roofer so wasn't completely sure what I was looking .but with helpful advice I got what I needed .

I placed an order for roof tiles to be collected on October 4. After a week with no updates, I emailed for a status check but received no response. A few days later, someone called to ask if I still needed the tiles – which seemed odd, as I obviously wouldn’t have ordered them otherwise. The staff member assured me the tiles would be ready for collection that week and said they’d call when they were ready.

Since then, I’ve followed up via email every week, but as of today, October 27, I still haven’t received any response or an update on the collection status. This delay and lack of communication make me feel as though my order might be considered too small to prioritize.

Minimal communications form store though order was ready for colection. No notification sent for arder ready to pick up

I ordered on the website "Baby Ridge" after making the transfer I noticed that there was an inaccuracy in the order, i.e. another product "Duży Ridge" so I wrote a correction immediately that there was a mistake, that I wanted "Baby Ridge". I did not receive any response, when I received the parcel I wrote to the supplier immediately that there was a mistake, since then the supplier has not responded to my messages.

On time delivery. Great service.
