SCAM

Same as many people are saying, they've charged me four times for one purchase, scamming assholes, can't believe the website hasn't been taken down yet!

Scam

Scam! And charged my credit card 4 times. Nonsense emails regarding why my package was being delayed. Said it was due to a lot of orders and back logged. Said they had to refund me as it wasn’t available but when I went back tot he website they had it in stock? Thought it was kind of odd. Then woke up to them charging my credit card 4 times. I had to cancel my card.

Reiterating what everyone else has said…

Reiterating what everyone else has said - they are a scam. I purchased a product (which was garbage) and since then I see they've been charging my credit card approx $45 CAD for their VIP membership which I have never signed up for. I've emailed them and have disputed the charges. Absolutely disgusting.

Ditto on the VIP scam!!!

Ditto on the VIP scam!!!! Beware of this company: they will charge you for some “membership,” for which you will receive nothing. There is no sign-up, no option for enrollment, and you likely won’t even receive your product. I didn’t!!!

Scam Scam Scam… continuing to charge me…

Scam Scam Scam… continuing to charge me a fee, $29.90USD which converts to anywhere between $48 and $51 AUD.

I have contacted them so I’m waiting for a reply but it seems from the other reviews that I won’t have much luck. I’ve just noticed it now so I will check in with my bank too.

Do not buy anything from this company.

DON'T EVER BUY FROM THEM

They are very dishonest and what they advertise is very deceiving. After I bought their very poor quality product I even got charged a subscription after 10 days of something that I didn't sign up for. One of those small prints that they add and you don't see it. Why someone wants to sign up for a subscription when buying a kid's toy. When you go to their website you can't even find the product that you bought anymore. This is a total scam.

Scam!

As others are saying I was charged 29.99 for a membership that does not appear when making the purchase. Also I received the product and it wasn't even in a box. When I reached out via email they said the box is sold separately!! They also said if I wanted to return the item I have to pay for the shipping- to China! Scam don't purchase from them.

FRAUD!

FRAUD!! I wish I had done my research. I fell for it too. They charge your card $29.99 a month after you purchase and claim you signed up for a VIP membership. Which I didn’t. No where on their website does it say anything about any membership. I will be filing a dispute with my bank.

As others say- they sneak in a second…

As others say- they sneak in a second charge for a vip membership. When I told them I reported as fraudulent charge they told me they’d take me to small claims court for them having to fight a fraud charge. I told them good luck from china. These people are threatening by email. Their fine print says you can only return if they approve first and you have to pay to send back to hongkong. I didn’t order and didn’t receive.

Scam and I will bring them down

They are a scam company. I bought from them and they shipped in from China while claiming they are a US company. They sent substandard stuff and I had to bin them because they are not even good enough to give out. They then suddenly charged me a lot of money for a VIP subscription I never did and they claimed i did it. They have passed their boundary with me. I will do everything in my power to bring down this scam company.

This is a scam company

This is a scam company. Advertising incorrectly as a US based company while in reality shipping from China. Product takes forever to arrive, if you are lucky. They also sign you up for a useless fake membership which isn’t communicated at all during checkout. I realised only when they started charging me.

Stay away!
