Shipping was pretty fast and my joggers are so comfortable! First pair of organic cotton joggers I've ever bought and I bought another pair a couple of days ago. They are warm but light weight at the same time. I weigh 126 pounds and I am 5'5 the small fits me perfectly in regular length. I want the long/wide sweatpants next but I think if you guys made a 36 in inseam you would get even more business.
Buyer beware! I ordered an item that was backordered thinking that, according to the norms of businesses everywhere, I would be notified of a projected date the item would be available. Silence. Repeated emails to their customer service only receives an automated reply promising contact in 72 hours which doesn’t happen. I have requested a cancellation of the item and a refund. Continued silence. I wish they had both good business practices as well as quality product offering. I guess I’ll never know. Don’t risk it. Avoid.

I absolutely LOVE the organic joggers from Allwear! I also have the shorts, boxers and short sleeve tees. So far a huge fan of everything I've tried!
I placed a pre-order for Allwear's Bamboo Thong 3-pack at the very beginning of January. By the end of February, I hadn't heard any updates so I emailed support. I never heard back, but my package was shipped out the next day and the product was delivered quickly. I do really love the non-toxic material, comfort, and support of the product. The material is the perfect thickness in my opinion.
Initially took a long time to ship, but I love the joggers! I hope they fix their fulfillment issues soon, because clothing is good quality.

As many have stated this company has deceptive practices and flatly refuses to refund for any reason even if you never received your package as in my case.
I ordered at the end of November, 2025. I expected my package within a week or two. It was the holidays so I wasn’t surprised that it didn’t show up right away. But after several weeks I had hear nothing so I reached out. I eventually got a response that the item was back ordered. Well, that was frustrating but I guess I just have to wait. Little did I know this was the only time I could get a refund.
I wait. Eventually I get a notification that my order shipped. Great. I check my order status after a few days. DHL. Great…. After a couple weeks my order ends up in a dead letter facility according to the tracking.
I reach out asking for a refund. They say that as long as the order is shipped they consider it fulfilled and cannot issue a refund as per their policy. Only a re-send or a store credit. I keep demanding a refund.
It is now March 2026. They have FILED AN INSURANCE CLAIM ON MY PACKAGE AND THE INSURER IS ASKING FIR ME TO SIGN AN AFFIDAVIT, AND ENTER MY DRIVERS LICENSE NUMBER BTW, THAT I DID NOT RECEIVE THE PACKAGE. I ask about this but they still refuse to refund me even though they are GOING TO GET PAID TWICE while I receive NOTHING.
Should I sign the affidavit? I don’t know. After this experience with the company can I trust this random email with my personal information?
Just give me a refund for crying out loud.
Shout out to the poor people who are working customer service for this company. They are getting nothing be heat from the company and from angry customers in another country.

The clothes are amazing. I have been detoxing my athletic wear, and the comfort and quality for non toxic fabrics and certified organic activewear is great. The leggings are squat-proof and durable. Yes, you will have to preorder some items and it’s a little up in the air when they will ship, but worth it when they do. The best way to get ahold of customer service is to dm them on IG for any updates and order questions.
I have purchased twice from this company and both times it was the same product because I liked it so much. It's the Allwear Bra Top 2.0. I now have it in all colors. The product is well made, washes well and works for all day wear under regular clothes, at the gym as a fitness top, and for travel as I do alot of that. It arrived in a timely manner and with proper email communication throughout. I appreciate the non toxic fabrics that I am now wearing from them.
During my 2nd check out process, I was offered a deal to buy one of the products at a discount which I ended up taking and I'm glad I did. Usually I don't fall for those types of offers but since it was for the exact product I had just bought and love, I am glad I did. I will continue to be a customer of this business!
I had been eyeing a pair of their joggers for a while and took advantage of a sale. I was pleased that my order was filled quickly and arrived ahead of schedule, especially since big sales can often result in delays and items being out of stock. Overall, I was very happy with the quality of the garment and experience for the price, and I will likely order from Allwear again.
I love the product. I love the material. I love the fit. I do not like the delivery time. I am still waiting for a pre-Christmas order things I ordered became back logged but the quality hopefully is worth the waiting there’s no expiration

Really like the clothes! I’ve ordered the 2.0 bra which was too tight so I sent it back which was easy enough and received a credit. The ankle socks are wonderful and so cozy, I’ll order more soon. The compression shorts are great! I ordered a medium which is a 4 and they fit well. I’m 5 ft 5 and 132 pounds, if that helps people with sizing. I’d say the sizing is pretty accurate except that I needed a large in the bra and not the medium like the sizing chart said.
The shipping can take a little bit of time and seems to get stuck in limbo along the way or something.
I have had quick response with customer service the second time I contacted them but the first time I reached out it took a little longer but always very helpful. I’m planning on ordering more clothing soon.
Ordered an item in December on pre-order (to be shipped in a few days). My card was charged right away. Months later still no product was shipped so I requested a refund. Was told it would take 10-15 business days. Still no refund. Would never order from this company again.
Update - subsequent to submitting this review I did finally receive a refund.

I'm one of the newest fans of Allwear, their intimate wear(Thongs) are really comfortable, and well made, durable compared to others, they look great, and no roll down is the best. Their also supported around the mid section. Highly recommend Allwear underwear and Thongs.
Order was paid for but never received. Multiple inquiries to request follow up and follow through. No responses nearly 3 months after order was made and paid.
Response 2/27/26. I've emailed you three or four times at least. I will send another one and would be glad to have this resolved.
3/3/26; no response. No confirmation of order being shipped.
3/15/26: still no response. Still no order delivered. Still no refund received.
3/30/26: No replies. No delivery of paid for merchandise. Constant bombardment of emails/ads despite unsubscribing and sending to SPAM.

I never would have ordered from this company had I read the return policy. They only issue a gift card. Ok, my fault for not checking the policy first. I returned a sweatshirt, they deducted a fee for processing. I never received a credit. I had to follow up second times and finally received the credit. I ordered a shirt in October. It is now March and I still have not received it. I have followed up three times checking on the status. Each time they say it’s going to be shipped in a few days. What a scam! The joggers I did keep are ok. They stretch out in the knees and have faded quickly. Would not recommend!

The worst experience I've had with an online retailer. Made a purchase in November, contacted the company four times. Didn't get a single response. Didn't receive the pants until mid-January. Was only given option to get store credit - no refund. I mailed the pants back and STILL don't have a refund AND wasn't given credit. Scam - do not buy from this company.

Terrible experience, awful customer service.
I placed an order on December 11th for two items labeled as "preorder" stating they'd ship within two weeks. I received the joggers I ordered within those two weeks, but the bra I purchased I still don't have over two months after placing my order.
I reached out via email and their website and didn't get a response for 9 days. I was then told my bra was on preorder and wouldn't ship for 4-6 weeks (mind you it had already been 4 weeks.... 2 weeks overdue). No one ever emailed me to communicate that there would be a delay. When I requested a refund on February 4th I was told it needed to be "approved" and then didn't hear anything until yesterday. Now stating that they won't refund me because the bra has shipped, yet they don't have a tracking number nor a date I should expect it. I think they strung me along so that the two month window to file a dispute with my bank past.
They delete negative reviews on their website and social media. Just do a quick search and you'll see plenty of people have had the experience I had. Stay away.
I just read this comment on Reddit "They are a totally scammy company. They MO is to fulfill one or two items from an order, take forever to respond to the customer, and then say they don’t have the inventory of the remaining order, forever delaying or not issuing a refund." Yup.
