Having read several anecdotes on Reddit and elsewhere about customers dealing with allyouplay in past years not receiving their keys, poor response from support, and revocation of keys, I was somewhat leery of dealing with your company.
But it appears most of these difficulties were from quite a few years back, and recovering reputation from past mistakes takes a long time.
It also seems that users having the most trouble was because they were using Paypal, which comes as no surprise.
Finally, your eshop is in the "Official Shops" on gg.deals, who I trust. I thought I'd take a chance, and I'm happy I did.

Finally received the correct key after multiple hiccups and delays
I bought a key on 2026-01-05. On the website, it stated that it was "instant delivery". After having not received the key after a day, I contacted the support over e-mail but received no response. A day later, I opened a ticket on the discord channel but - again - with no response.
Edit (2026-01-07): After writing this review, I was contacted by support. Shortly after, I received a Steam key for a wrong game that was also already redeemed. I contacted support again per e-mail and finally received a valid key for the game I bought.
