Defective device
I bought it as a Christmas gift but I'm so disappointed because the device is defective and I think I won't be able to give it by Christmas. Based on the high price of the device, I would expect that it is checked before shipping. The charger was clearly defective because no one of the adapters could be properly inserted and the device can't be on (I don't know if it depends on the charger or on the device itself too).
I wrote to the customer service 5 days ago and I'm still waiting for a reply.
I really hope it can be solved soon.
